Freshwater

The brief for this project was to inject colour into each room highlighting the original fabric of this hundred year old home. Earthy hues connect each room through green thoroughfares which is carried through to the kitchen bench cabinetry pulling out the green veining from the marble top. Gorgeous old world wallpanels lines the powder room walls with a rich golden seagrass in the master, accentuating the architectural detailing and personality of each space. Intertwining the old and new with references to the past mixing organic handmade organic tiles with glam mesh herringbone for the kitchen and laundry splashback, balancing the colours and textures with the traditional style rug hand knotted by skilled artisans.
